Heating Oil Group-Buy Policy

Timeline: July 21, 2024 – August 31, 2024
Eligibility: Residential homes in the covered areas with minimum 400 gallon usage each year.  Check the list of the city  at the end of this statements.

Your cost join this group-buy:

  • $50 for the first 150 participants who reserve a spot this year.
  • $75 for the remaining participants.
  • $50 auto-renewal next year for existing members (you can opt-out of auto-renewal).
  • $75 to rejoin without auto-renewal.

Your Benefits:

  • Lock in the oil price at $3.06 per gallon with auto delivery and credit card on file with the service provide. Complete the payment in 10 days after delivery.
  • Your price is $3.16 per gallon if you don’t have the credit on file with the service provider.
  • The sign up information with instructions will be disclosed as soon as the minimum 150 sign-up  reached.
  • You can also receive discount for Propane if you use both at home.
  • You are eligible to join other group-buy programs with 25% discount.
  • If the signed up number could not achieve the target number, you can still sign a contract at $3.26 per gallon with credit on file.

Terms and Conditions

  • The deal is confirmed only when a minimum of 150 participants is achieved.
  • Once 150 participants are reached, all participants can sign the contract.
  • All participants are subject to a credit check by the service provider.
  • Participants pay the group-buy membership for BGB group.
  • Participants must sign a contract with the service provider. You oil bill will pay the service provider.
  • The initial group-buy deadline is September 30, 2024.

Refund Policy

  • If there are fewer than 150 participants, there will be no contract, and your payment will be automatically refunded.
  • You are committed to participating in this group. Once the deal is confirmed, withdrawals are not allowed. Please consider carefully before joining.

If the delivery address is different from billing address, you need to fill the shipping address. The service is address based. One membership is only cover one address.

Please note that this group-buy subscription will be automatically renewed on June 1st each year for $50. You have the option to cancel before the renewal date. If you choose to rejoin the group-buy as a new customer, the fee will be $75, provided you do so before the new year’s group-buy program closed.

You understand that it is your responsibility to maintain your BGB membership. The BGB will update the membership list with the service provider with the following information: your name, address, phone number, email address, and your oil account number. This information is used solely to verify membership details. Your BGB membership may be revoked if you fail to maintain your membership status. BGB is not responsible for any consequences, such as missing deadlines or being unable to access locked-price plans, resulting from your failure to maintain membership.
